Accommodation - Les Magnolias

Les Magnolias is a new house built in the traditional style of the region and is set in three quarters of an acre of land; it is a three bed roomed house with adjoining single storey gite.

The Gîte

The gite is a spacious bungalow which is attached to the main house of Les Magnolias.
It comprises of two bedrooms: one is a double bedroom, with cot, and is en-suite.

The other is a triple bedroom with one single bed and one double bed and a sofa bed that sleeps two; it has a separate shower room with wash basin and toilet. There is ample wardrobe space in both bedrooms.  The gite sleeps up to 8 people.  Please note we have two cots available.

The large lounge/dining room has TV/DVD/video and looks out onto the lawned gardens and the 6 x 12 meters swimming pool.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with micro wave, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.   
A BBQ is also available at the rear of the gite.
The Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is situated at the rear of the property and conforms to French safety standards.  For safety reasons children must be supervised at all times and glass and china items should not be used.  Safer alternatives are available for your convenience.  We live on site so please do not hesitate to talk with us about your concerns.

Also table tennis and other games are available.

Rates per week for the Gite

Christmas and New Year is by arrangement only.  Price on application.

Electricity and gas are included in the price.

Self-catering. – Change over Saturdays

Extras are bed linens and towels and a welcome pack of groceries can be provided at an extra charge.
Logs for the very efficient wood burning fire can be supplied out of season when the weather is chilly at an extra charge. An additional charge may be made for electric and gas heating.
The prices quoted above are for 5 persons, an additional 50 Euros for each additional person per week is charged.

Discounts are available for couples on their own.
For early bookings a 5% discount applies if a firm booking is made and the deposit is paid before the end of January.
20% deposit is payable with the booking and the balance is to be received by us ten weeks before date of arrival.

Cancellations: Deposits can only be returned if cancellation notice is given ten weeks before date of arrival.

Deposit to cover damages:  A deposit of 250 Euros is payable on arrival and will be returned one week after you leave should all be in order.
Cleaning: 40 Euros is payable for the final cleaning when you leave.

Bed and breakfast in the main house.

Bed and breakfast in the main house can be provided and is priced per room.
Accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms with shared bathroom.

Price:- 

High season (July and August)  £50 (65 Euros) per room per night two sharing.
Single person £45 (58 Euros) per room per night.

Low season £40 (52 Euros) per room per night two sharing.
Single person £35 (45 Euros) per room per night.

This may be a help to those who cannot get a flight to arrive on a Saturday for the change over.
